Contact data and deletion
Contact information
The private inbox stores your name, email address, subject, message, submission timestamps, and an inbox status. Please include only information needed for your inquiry.
Abuse prevention
The application stores a keyed, monthly source hash and a rate-limit key to reduce abuse. These are pseudonymous identifiers, not anonymous data. The contact application does not store the raw network address. New messages do not store your browser user agent; older records may still contain it.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the application and Neon stores the private inbox. Hosting and database providers may retain separate operational logs. If owner notifications are enabled, Resend receives the configured owner's address and a generic inbox notification, without your contact fields or message. Provider acceptance does not confirm delivery or reading.
Review and deletion
There is no automatic retention deadline or scheduled purge. The owner can review records and permanently erase selected messages. Moving a message to Trash alone does not erase it. Permanent removal from the active inbox does not establish removal from existing backups, exports, or provider logs; their retention has not been verified.
Your choices
Use the contact form or the existing profile links on the Contact page to request correction or deletion of your message. Include enough context to locate it without sending unnecessary sensitive information.
